If you’re looking for a relaxing Northwoods experience, this is the place for you.  Carefree Creek Cottage is a completely remodeled three bedroom + private sleeping loft, two bathroom vacation home nestled on the shore of Little St. Germain Lake.  Enjoy your morning coffee just feet from the lake on the deck or in the enclosed porch.  The home offers a great room with a knotty pine cathedral ceiling and a log staircase that goes up to a loft area that’s an ideal place for unwinding from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.  Each of the bedrooms along with the private sleeping loft is accentuated with wooden ceilings and rustic decor that make your vacation a true Northwoods experience.  The sandy frontage is absolutely gorgeous and perfect for swimming and the lakeside fire pit is a great place to gather at the end of a fun-filled day.  There are two piers for docking your boats and for fishing.  Little St. Germain Lake is a 986 acre lake with a maximum depth of 53 ft.  It’s known as a very good fishing lake and has good numbers of panfish, largemouth bass, smallmouth bass, northern pike, walleye and musky.  Sleeping arrangements:  one queen, one full, one full/twin bunk and one sofa sleeper downstairs.  One full bed and one full futon upstairs.
