I bring wellness and a piece of mindfulness through yoga and also custom art.  My yoga classes are for all ages and all levels.  The style is a vinyasa flow which I modify to meet everyone’s needs.  Included are breathing techniques, core strength, stretching and most importantly finding that calmness within.  I am a 200 hour RYT certified yoga teacher.  Classes are held year round at Rezyn Customs “Yoga Sanctuary Room”, located inside Sixels Circuit Fit facility, 216 East Wall Street. I also offer classes at Tone Zone here in town. During the summer months I offer outdoor yoga and am available for private party booking, private one on one e sessions at the studio.  I also teach SUP Yoga.
