This is a no cost fun event geared towards introducing folks to the Shannon Lake Trails and most importantly, an opportunity for those curious about the sport to have the opportunity to try fat biking free of charge.  A warming tent will be on scene with complimentary hot chocolate.  Participants and attendees are welcome to bring beverages and food items if they wish to cook over the camp fire.  The trail will remain open to all users so by all means bring your snowshoeing or skiing friends.  NEW in 2019:  The FATathlon.  A 15k Race and Cornhole Event in a unique biathlon format.  $25 registration fee the day of the race.  Proceeds to benefit future maintenance and development of Shannon Lake Trails.
