  • Join our staff and regional experts in a week long exploration of the waters, forests, wildlife and geology that makes the Northwoods so unique.  This training session will specifically focus on ecology in northern Wisconsin.  Participants will learn about nature and wildlife, teaching them how to collect data, partake in citizen science, restore trails and make a difference in the community through volunteer service.  Program cost is just $275 per student and includes:

    • 40-hour course and instruction, including guest speakers
    • All materials and local transportation (five days of field trips)
    • two homemade meals/day (continental breakfast and lunch)
      Participants are responsible for dinner arrangements.  Please contact us in advance if you have food allergies or dietary restrictions.

    Lodging is available in one of our on-site dorms for $30/night.  Please plan to bring your own towels and bedding.  Please call or email to reserve lodging.
