Testimonials
At Track Side in Eagle River, we sell fun for a living. Whether it’s a Polaris snowmobile ripping across a frozen lake in January or a side-by-side kicking up dust on the trails in July, our business runs on horsepower, adrenaline, and strong community connections. That’s exactly why being a member of the Eagle River Chamber of Commerce is so valuable to us.
The Chamber helps keep our engines running year-round. From promoting tourism and local events to supporting small businesses like ours, they play a huge role in bringing people to Eagle River — and when visitors come to ride, explore, and enjoy the Northwoods, we all win.
The Chamber doesn’t just hand you a sticker and wish you luck. They actively market the area, advocate for local businesses, and create opportunities for collaboration. In a seasonal market like ours, that kind of support isn’t just helpful — it’s essential. When snow is flying or the trails are prime, we need Eagle River on the map, and the Chamber makes sure it is.

The events the Chamber organizes attracts thousands of people to Eagle River. Being a Chamber member has opened the door for the Pontoon Saloon to be a part of those events. We’ve met so many new customers as a direct result of the Chamber.

Deditz Caretaking and Property Management LLC has been a member of the Eagle River Chamber of Commerce for several years, in that time my business went from one person to a crew of 6 and continues to grow. Belonging to the chamber shows I am a reputable business that is well established and can be trusted. Much of my business comes from referrals made by the chamber through calls, walk ins or email. In addition to referrals to homeowners and businesses the chamber provides opportunities to network with other business owners in the community.

The Eagle River Area Chamber of Commerce plays a vital role in supporting the local business community. As a financial institution known for delivering exceptional customer service, we value strong community partnerships—and the Chamber serves as a cornerstone for connecting businesses, strengthening local engagement, and championing economic growth. Their leadership helps create an environment where businesses of all sizes can succeed, which in turn supports the vitality of the region we are proud to serve.
For IncredibleBank, the Chamber is a trusted partner that shares our dedication to uplifting the community. Their events, programs, and advocacy efforts bring people together, highlight what makes Eagle River unique, and support the success of local entrepreneurs and businesses. These initiatives help us stay connected and engaged with the customers and neighbors who rely on us every day.
We greatly appreciate the Chamber’s commitment to promoting tourism, supporting small businesses, and enhancing the overall quality of life in the Northwoods. Their work strengthens the local economy and reinforces the sense of community that makes Eagle River such a special place to live and do business.

As a service-based business supporting the residents of Eagle River, we’ve found the Chamber of Commerce to be an invaluable partner. The Chamber creates opportunities for local business owners to connect, collaborate, and support one another. Their ongoing efforts to bring visitors to our area introduce new people to Eagle River—many of whom return as repeat visitors or even future residents. The Chamber’s consistent presence and commitment to promoting our community have directly contributed to its growth, which in turn supports the continued success of our organization.

The Eagle River Chamber plays a vital role in creating a strong local economy. Through the promotion of dozens of community events annually, the Chamber brings thousands to Eagle River-supporting local businesses and attracting future residents. Beyond events, the Chamber provides valuable promotion and support for its members. At Parsons of Eagle River, we see the impact firsthand and strongly encourage other businesses to join.

Ahoy! My family and I own and operate Pirates Hideaway in Eagle River- a family friendly lakeside destination featuring an onsite ice cream shop, tiki bar, wood-fired pizzeria, gift shop and pirate ship tours on the Eagle River Chain of Lakes.
We’ve been proud members of the Eagle River Chamber for nearly 20 years and it has truly helped our business grow. Throughout the summer, we regularly welcome visitors who tell us they heard about us from the wonderful team at the Chamber office. Our advertising with the Chamber has been a valuable investment, and we’ve also hired one to two employees each year through the Chamber’s jobs page.
We encourage everyone to explore the many great businesses Eagle River has to offer and if you’re a local business owner, be sure to check out the Chamber!

This July Buckshot’s will have been in business for 10 years. Each year in business we look at what we did well, what can we do better and then act on menu changes, staffing, hours of business and how we can improve. The one constant task each year is to identify all the events and dates that the Eagle River Chamber of Commerce is planning and executing. The events that the chamber brings to our community makes a huge impact on our business. We order extra food and spirits, staff accordingly and know we are getting more traffic due to the chamber events. It’s hard to put a number to it, but if I were to guess these events bring in tens of thousands of dollars each year to our business. This is the power of the Eagle River Chamber of Commerce. I can’t imagine what Eagle River would look like year around without the chamber and what it contributes to businesses and our community. Being a member is a small price for the return on investment. If you’re not a member consider joining. The impact on your business will be undeniable. We are proud to be a member and support the ERCOC and all it does for our community.

The Eagle River Area Chamber of Commerce has been an incredible partner for our business. The Executive Director has brought great energy, responsiveness, and a genuine desire to help local businesses succeed. As the owner of The Bub, we’ve already seen the Chamber step up with ideas, resources, and a willingness to help us market our business and connect with more visitors. It’s refreshing to work with an organization that truly wants its members to succeed. We’re excited about the direction the Chamber is heading and look forward to working together for many years to come.

We absolutely love being part of the Eagle River community, and the Eagle River Chamber of Commerce has been amazing to work with. As owners of Peaceful Pines Campground, we’ve seen firsthand how much they care about supporting local businesses and bringing visitors to the area. Their energy, promotion, and dedication really make a difference, and it shows in how many people come to enjoy everything Eagle River has to offer. We’re so grateful to be part of it!
