Walter E. Olson Memorial Library is located at the corner of Main and Spruce Streets in Eagle River, just two short blocks east of the Chamber of Commerce office. Whether you’re a resident, “snow bird”, camper or just passing through the library’s friendly corps of staff and volunteers can be of service to you. Besides our collection of books, videos, audio books, cd’s and computer software we have children’s learning kits, games, puzzles and puppets. We have three computers connected to the Internet, available for use by the public; we also have two computers which may be used for word processing and playing games. We have fax, copy and laminating services. Beginning in June and continuing through July, Ms. Pat conducts a Summer Library Program with many fun and exciting activities for young people from preschool through grade eight. Stop in to get a library card, access your email, have a cup of coffee or tea, chat with your neighbors, read newspapers and magazines or just say hello. We’re always happy to see you!
