It’s a great place to gather in the morning to have coffee and plan the days’ activities while taking in the smell of the outdoors with large patio doors. If you’re lucky the deer will even walk by the lakeside on their way out for the day. The home features three fully remodeled bedrooms on the main floor with a queen bed in two rooms and a twin over full bunk-bed in the third. The upstairs features a king bed along with a queen and has the option to pull out two more full mattresses for even more sleeping options. The home has a full bathroom on all three floors so there is plenty of room for everyone to get ready after a busy day hanging out on the lake. The basement features a large gathering area with a 55″ TV with surround sound, dart board, shuffleboard and games to keep the kids entertained. This area also has a sleeper sofa and futon bed for additional sleeping options. While the kids are enjoying their time the adults have an adjoining area with a wet bar along with a TV and pub table to sit around and tell stories. From this area you can walk out to the concrete patio that overlooks the lake to catch that last ray of sun at the end of the day. Off the patio is a relaxing fire pit area to do s’mores or just hang out with friends.There are plenty of amenities already provided for you and your family so that you don’t have to pack your whole house when coming here on vacation. Little St. Germain Lake has a diverse shoreline and many areas to find quiet water to ski or just float for the afternoon. East Bay also has an island to hang out at and stand in the shallow water while the kids splash around in the afternoon sun and the parents enjoy an adult beverage. For the fishermen in the group, the lake is also known for its musky, bass, crappie, bluegill, northern pike, perch and walleye. The lake also features two restaurants with bars for those afternoon cruises to grab an appetizer, a fancy umbrella drink or a cold beer.
