Day 1: Lake Life & Downtown Vibes
Morning
- Boat on the Chain of 28 lakes: Rent a pontoon from Boat Sport Marine, The Toy Shop of Eagle River, or Track Side and cruise through Eagle, Otter, and other connected lakes to spot wildlife and enjoy the summer vibes. After all, you’ve got to go out on the World’s Largest Chain of 28 Connected Lakes® at some point, right?
- A paddleboarding rental at Cedaroma Lodge is a great way to get your day started and blood pumping.
Midday
- Grab a fresh lunch downtown to refuel. Depending on your crew, check out LP’s Pizza & Pasta with the kids, or grab a drink with the adults at Andy’s Pontoon Saloon.
- Wander and shop in charming local shops and galleries.
Afternoon
- Cool off at Silver Lake Beach or Eagle Lake Park with swimming and lakeside lounging.
- Hit Eagle Falls Adventure Golf & Laser Tag for mini‑golf or head indoors for some laser tag if it’s raining).
Evening

Day 2: Adventure, Trails & Leisure
Morning

Day 3: Wheels, Wilderness & Arts
Morning
- Start the day right with some caffeine and a meal at Eagle River Roasters Coffee House.
- Take the kids go‑karting at Elmer’s Fun Park or Kartway, or try mini‑golf and laser tag if you missed it the first time.
- Of course, world-class fishing in the Eagle River area is always an option. Hook up with a guide or see what’s biting for yourself – these waters have their fair share of muskies, pike, panfish, and more.
Midday
- Head out for a hike or bike ride on the Three Eagle Trail. The trail offers a stunning 660-foot boardwalk and bridge a few miles from the trailhead before winding through wooded upland.
- Optionally, drive a bit north to see Bond Falls or other waterfalls for a memorable experience.
Afternoon
- Discover local arts at The Warehouse Art Center. It’s always possible to join a class and enjoy a summer arts program.
